Computerized frame measurement, OEM-spec structural restoration, factory-matched paint, and a final QC pass before any vehicle leaves the lot. We document everything, photograph every stage, and send it to your adjuster so supplements get approved fast.

You choose the shop
Texas law: your insurer cannot force you to use their preferred shop. They will recommend one. You can — and should — say no if it isn’t the shop you trust.
Lifetime labor warranty stays with you
Every Auto Magician repair carries a lifetime labor warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Most insurer-preferred shops offer 1–3 years.
OEM parts where it matters
We push for OEM (factory) parts on structural and safety components. Aftermarket bumper covers may be acceptable; aftermarket airbag sensors are not.
We supplement when needed
If the adjuster’s first estimate misses hidden frame, suspension, or sensor damage, we document it, photograph it, and submit a supplement so YOU don’t pay out of pocket for what should be covered.

"If I don't use the insurance company's shop, I lose my warranty."

False. Insurance carriers warranty THEIR work, not yours. Auto Magician’s lifetime labor warranty is the strongest in the area and stays with you.
Myth
"The insurance estimate is the final price."

Almost never. Initial estimates are written on what an adjuster can see in 15 minutes in a parking lot. Real damage shows up on the lift. We supplement; you don’t pay extra.

"I have to pay my deductible to a separate person."

Your deductible is paid to us when you pick up the vehicle. We collect it, the insurer covers the rest. One transaction, one invoice.
Myth
"If it's the other driver's fault, I have to use their insurance."

You can file with your own carrier and let them subrogate (recover from the at-fault carrier). It’s often faster, especially if the other driver disputes fault.
Your deductible
One invoice. One payment.
Your deductible is paid directly to Auto Magician at pickup — your insurer covers everything else. We don’t ask for it up front, we don’t surprise you, and we don’t charge “shop fees” you didn’t agree to in writing.
Rental coverage
We coordinate the rental too.
If your policy includes rental coverage, we coordinate the pickup at our shop with Enterprise and most other rental partners. If you’re paying out of pocket, we’ll tell you on day one.

Do you really work with every insurance carrier?
Yes. Every major U.S. carrier and most regional Texas carriers. Direct billing, direct supplements, direct adjuster contact. If you have a policy, we can work with it.
What if the insurance company's recommended rate is lower than yours?
We negotiate prevailing-rate documentation directly with the adjuster. In 25 years we’ve never had a customer pay the difference out of pocket on a covered claim.
How long does an insurance repair usually take?
Minor cosmetic: 3–5 days. Moderate collision: 7–10 days. Heavy collision with frame work: 2–4 weeks. We provide a written timeline at drop-off and update you when anything changes.
Will I need a rental car?
If your policy includes rental coverage, we coordinate directly with Enterprise (and most other rental partners) so you can pick up a rental at our shop. If you’re paying out of pocket, we’ll tell you upfront so you can decide.
What if I don't want to file an insurance claim?
We do plenty of cash repairs. We’ll write a fair estimate, you decide. No pressure, no upsell.
