Door dings, hail damage, parking-lot creases — repaired by massaging the metal back to spec from behind the panel. Your factory paint stays. Your CARFAX stays clean. The dent disappears.
Overview
Paintless dent repair (PDR) is a specialty technique where we access the back of a damaged panel and gently massage the metal back into shape using stainless-steel rods and tap-down tools. When it works, it’s superior to a filler-and-repaint repair: your factory paint is undisturbed, the original metal stays in place, your CARFAX is unaffected, and the cost is a fraction of conventional body work.
PDR works on most door dings, parking-lot creases, hail damage, and minor fender bumps where the paint surface hasn’t cracked. We’ll evaluate every dent honestly — if PDR isn’t the right answer, we’ll tell you and quote the conventional repair instead. We’re a full body shop, so the recommendation isn’t biased toward one method.
We’re also a designated hail-repair facility. After major storms, we set up additional capacity to handle the volume — including catastrophe insurance billing direct to your carrier.

FAQ
Don’t see your question? Ask Alex or call us. We answer the phone.
Most door dings, hail damage, and minor creases are great candidates. Dents with broken paint, sharp creases, or damage on a body line may need conventional repair. Send Alex a photo and we’ll give you the honest answer.
Your paint isn’t touched. PDR keeps the original factory finish exactly where it is. There is no repaint and no color match required.
Properly executed PDR is invisible and undetectable on a CARFAX, which preserves resale value far better than a filler-and-repaint repair.
Yes — we’re a high-volume hail-repair shop and bill insurance directly. After major storms we add capacity to keep turn-around times reasonable.
Single door dings start around $90–$150. Larger creases and multi-panel hail are quoted by Alex after seeing photos.
